How can I pay for a membership with a credit or debit card, instead of a paypal account?

We can process the individual one-time membership or the educator membership for anyone without a paypal account. Recurring memberships require a paypal account, as paypal manages the subscription. Any non-recurring membership can be purchased without using a paypal account. To do this, fill out the new member or renewal form, then click continue. Below are step by step instructions for checking out using a credit or debit card.

Step 1: Fill out the new member or renewal form, depending on if you already have a log-in on or if you need to create the log-in. Then, click "continue"

Step 2: On the pending membership page, click "ccomplete subscription via paypal." (Yes, even if you don't have a paypal account!)

Step 3: You should now be taken to On the screen, there will be a button that says, "pay with debit or credit card." Click this to pay via with a debit or credit card, without using a paypal account.

Step 4: Log-in to your account and enjoy the journal!
