Jennifer E. Salahub, Ph.D.

Jennifer E. Salahub, Ph.D., is Professor Emerita of Art and Craft History at Alberta University of the Arts, Calgary, and sits on the Board of the Alberta Craft Council. Her interest in art, craft, and design is long-standing and is reflected in her professional and personal life. She continues to be fascinated by the unexplored (neglected and lost) history of craft and craft education in Alberta. Most recently, she published “Stand Back – Nothing to See – Move Along” in Prairie Interlace: Weaving, Modernisms, and the Expanded Frame, 1960-2000, University of Calgary, 2023.
